As noted by Ken Rosenthal (who I really dislike, but hey, that's my opinion) during the last inning of the World Series broadcast, Alex Rodriguez has opted out of his current deal with the New York Yankees. While this does not necessarily end his career as a Yankee, I would be very surprised if Rodriguez didn't test the market--Anaheim, specifically--and ultimately end up somewhere else in '08 for some ungodly sum of money.
Thoughts?
