Alex Gordon's Career - 2007-2026
Anybody else play around with the Baseball Mogul games? I know it has no bearing on reality, but it's fun to try to turn the Royals around.
I was surprised because in previous versions of the game Gordon had a habit of turning into a a mediocre 3B while Butler had the HOF career. This time, though, Alex put up some good numbers. ROY, 14-time All Star, 5 MVP's. Of course, if I'd been less sentimental and less interested in his total career he never would have seen playing time the last few seasons.

i've got a paper due too
The other side of these numbers, of course, is that Gordon was making $15-20 mil per season in his prime. It so happened that I had the cash to pay him that. I'm not confident Glass would do the same.
