Hudson on his way back...

And it can't come soon enough. Per the KC star:

"Right-hander Luke Hudson impressed club officials Wednesday night in working 4 1/3 innings in a rehab start for Class AA Wichita at Springfield. He allowed one earned run and three hits while striking out seven. "The reports were that his velocity was good," Bell said, "and that he had a good breaking ball.""

Good breaking ball, good velocy = a lot of strike outs this season for Huddy. He can't get back here soon enough, he's going to make this rotation a whole lot better. Bye bye Perez, enter Luke Hudson. Or bye bye Bannister. Whatever.

In other news, Elarton is not somebody I will be excited to see again. His whole home run issue never really set well with me.
