I followed a link from this week's edition of the Prospectus Hit List and to my surprise I saw this tidbit on an inset about the Pirates' AAA team:
INDIANAPOLIS (50-50) lost to Durham, 13-1. RHP Runelvys Hernandez (0-6, 3.84) allowed 11 runs, seven earned, and eight hits in 1 1/3 innings.
I missed when the Red Sox got rid of him, but thank god that they did. 11 runs in less than two innings. The mystery is how he was doing so well before that. Trust the Pirates to pick up Sidney Ponson's long lost twin.
