Royals in the Bronx (free extra ticket)

Brand new member. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks. I grew up in KC just a short drive from the stadium. I cried in 1978.

I haven't lived in KC for a long a time. Finding RR feels like I've come in from the cold. I finally have a place to discuss (and obsess about) the Royals. This group seems like a really good bunch of knowledgeable and nice fans.

Also, I have an extra ticket (maybe even two) to the Royals games at Yankee Stadium next weekend. I'd love to share (gratis, of course) with a Royals fan. Send me an e-mail if you're in the area and would like the ticket. Even if Yankee stadium is its own special brand of torture for us, misery is best digested when shared.

sad day
if it weren't for the fact that I'm actually working and can't actually leave camp to do something like that, I would so take up your offer in a heartbeat.

Welcome to the board, by the way.

welcome... to our little "online pub."
The only two New Yorkers I can think of are NYRoyal and nycroyal.  You might check out their comments and send them an email if you can.

Again, happy to have you here....

Being a fan is irrational, but what is the alternative?

Welcome
Welcome to the site.  It's a great place to talk Royals baseball.  I sent you an e-mail, as I'd love to take you up on your ticket offer.  Regardless, have fun on RR.com!
