FanGraphs: David DeJesus has single biggest offensive play of the 2008 season
DDJ Walks All the Way to Grass Creek with his July 12, 2008 walkoff homer that swung the win expectancy of the game by 90.36%. Note the key role that Billy Butler's walk played, as well.
It will be fun to look back on this game when David is patrolling left at Turner Field.

Good times
I’d forgotten how much stuff happened. Grudz with his 2,000 hit. Ho-Ram with the revenge win. Raul with the “remember me” shot of ex-Mariner Meche. Jose Guillen misplaying a ball in the corner, then firing a nice shot to Buck… who can’t get it, but then tags out the baserunner… Gordon with the the big RBI
favorite part: DDJ’s weird runnig away from the crowd, then running back and getting bowled over by Billy Butler.

That walk-off
kept L2TR happy for the better part of a month or two.
(Good thing, because the team went on to lose 26 of their next 39 after that game)
Mr Glass, this is a pro sports team, not a retail store - run it like one!
