As for leaving AFL lefty pitcher Donny Veal exposed, the Cubs are almost baiting another team to take him and work out a trade. Word has it that the KC Royals highly value, Donny’s talent and look to serious add him and keep him on their roster for the season

Trading for Veal
at this point would be useless. He’d still be available for the Rule V.
I’m rooting for Morlan being available and being used in a mop up role. That assumes we can get Marshall for Teahen and have him finish out the rotation.
