Anything to this?

This leaves one open position on the 40-man roster. Does it imply an impending move? Discuss.

may have been just trying to sneak him through

i don’t think it really means anything more than that. if it meant a move was impending, why wouldn’t they just wait to DFA him until they absolutely had to? then again, i’d rather take a chance on this guy that FATCHINO.

Might be making room for something

It might be in anticipation of something specific, or it could just be opening up room for potential a potential FA signing, trade or Rule 5 acquisition.

This is just my opinion. I could easily be wrong.

I'm telling ya

Kei Igawa. It’s a done deal (though your response to my last post on the subject did make a lot of sense, and I’m no longer in favor of the move, but I wouldn’t bash it too badly either).

If Moore is being at all honest and accurate about his payroll limitations, he’s likely disinclined to add another $4M a year for a Rule 5 reclamation project. I think he’s more likely to acquire a league minimum guy like Morlan or Veal, if anybody.

This is just my opinion. I could easily be wrong.

Remembering Jairo Cuevas

The Jairo Cuevas era was similar to the Wes Bankston era.

And letting them slip through our fingers

Is grounds for calling for Dayton’s head. We cannot allow this to continue to happen! Where is the accountability?!?!?

After these mistakes, he gets one more year

If we don’t win a championship, he’s gone. We cannot allow these kinds of mistakes continue.

This is just my opinion. I could easily be wrong.
