Who is best fit for 2009 Royals?

Who, in your own opinion, is the best fit as a free agent pickup, or trade aquisition for the 2009 Royals? The free agent pool is still open with a few candidates that may fit the bill but what is the overall fan's opinion. Here goes my list:

1. SS Orlando Cabrera

2. SP Ben Sheets (know the money isnt there but would like to see something done to get him into Royal blue)

3. Jon Garland (know he doesnt strike out alot of batters but seems to beat the Royals everytime he is on the mound.)

I like DM going after Cabrera heavily because this will move Aviles and give us a solid middle infield. Callaspo is good but i feel that he needs more evaluation due to his off the field issues. The pitchers i threw in there is just because everyone knows our 4 and 5 sp's are under the radar and these are two proven sp's who can eat up innings. So what do you think??
