I suppose that depends on your level of spam tolerance.
I mean, yeah, looks like spam in the basic sense of "advertising inappropriately".
However, it's a legit site with a legit beta test for a legit web-based football "RPG" (a friend of mine pointed it out to me several days ago), so while it's potentially annoying, it's at least not malicious spam.
