Zack went for a full 9 innings, striking out 4, walking 1 and only allowing 1 run on 5 hits.

Miguel Olivo!

Despite wearing the enemy uniform, Olivo went 3 for 4 with a 2 run homer. Yaaaay home run!

Jose Guillen!

Jose went 2 for 4 with a double and a run scored, proving that he's not completely inept at the plate.

Mark Teahen

Teahen made a great defensive play, and I think he deserved some props for it :)

I morphed my JA jersey

i’m a third year participant in RR and love these BOD for their accuracy in awards for games as well as the cheesy and humorous outlook. everything is great with the approach for humor and seriousness at the same time. keep it up.

Too bad Greinke would likely only have the opportunity to win BOD around 30 times, whereas the position players get over 160 chances. I wonder if starting pitchers should get additional points? (Like a factor of 5? as 33*5 = 165)

he's doing a pretty good job of beating out the competition

;) more often than not, if the SP had a great game, he’s going to get recognized well in the contest. If you look up there, only 2 of the BODs are non-pitchers. Then again, Gordo’s doing a good job of keeping up with the Joneses without winning a single BOD all year thus far.

I agree.

I like these a lot. You do a good job, Loyal2. I started carcking up when I saw the happy dance. I thought, “Is that Affeldt?” Sure enough. And then the bobblehead pic for Guillen seems so appropriate for him for some reason. Intended or not, I thought you nailed it. I mean, he’s really just been a plastic replica of what we have all been expecting to see.

I was worried that he may not even get on the board this year. Now he’s gonna reel off 3 or 4 straight games with BOD points I’m sure.
