Playas
Joey Gathright – 6 because he’s not really that good, but not terrible
David DeJesus – 8 only because he needs to get his ass on the field
Jose Guillen – 5.5 needs to step it up
Mark Teahen – 7 the Ks are wearing on me
Ross Gload – 5.5 but it’s not his fault he’s being misused
Mark Grudzielanek – 7.5 needs to get healthy so we can trade him
Tony Pena – 6.5 he did hit a triple…
Alex Gordon – 8 appears to have narcolepsy in the field recently
Billy Butler – 7.5 pressing? but i’m glad he’s been in the field more recently
Alberto Callaspo – 7.5 has looked good enough
Esteban German – 6.5 needs some PT
John Buck – 6.5 needs to start hitting or won’t be in the lineup
Miguel Olivo – 8 reasonably nice substitution
Gil Meche – 7.5 needs to find his inner-peace
Brian Bannister – 9 hope he recovers from the shin shot
Zack Greinke – 9 what’s there to say?
John Bale (DL 15) – 1 will change once off the DL
Bret Tomko – 7.5 better than expected, not too good though
Luke Hochevar – 8 needs more Ks or needs to talk to Banny a whole bunch
Hideo Nomo (DFA) – 1
Joel Peralta – 6 WTF? did he regress?
Yasuhiko Yabuta – 6 not what I expected for the $$$$
Leo Nunez – 9 Yee haw!
Ramon Ramirez – 8.5 nice acquisition, has looked nasty at times
Ron Mahay – 7.5 just so-so.
Jimmy Gobble – 7 because of that shit yesterday
Joakim Soria – 10 he’s nails

AND DAMN!! Tony Pena at a 6.5 WOW you love the guy :-D
all the guy had going for him was his defense and he has made like 3 errors and 1761 plays that should have been errors over the last 2 weeks

Mine
Joey Gathright – 4 – he’s terrible. Ready to go another direction
David DeJesus -6 – needs to stay healthy so we don’t have to play Joey
Jose Guillen – 5 – starting to heat up
Mark Teahen – 5 – struggled since moving up to the 3 hole and has misplayed too many fly balls in left.
Ross Gload – 6 – solid backup..wait..
Mark Grudzielanek – 7 – needs to stay on the field.
Tony Pena – 4 – really struggled with the bat, doesn’t know where to put his hands when bunting, but can play the field any day for my team.
Alex Gordon – 6 – seems mentally tired. Needs a day off
Billy Butler – 7 – Professional hitter. Needs more XBH.
Alberto Callaspo – 7 – impressive so far. Makes Grudz being out bearable.
Esteban German – 4 – needs PT, but not if he’s going to hit like that.
John Buck – 5 – should be looking over his shoulder. Where’s the power?
Miguel Olivo – 7 – played very well. Could be starting soon.
Gil Meche – 5 – pitched terrible so far. Needs to step it up.
Brian Bannister – 7 – regressed a little from the beginning of the year, but been solid. Can’t ask for much more out of him.
Zack Greinke – 9 – Wow. Been very good.
John Bale (DL 15) – 2 – injury let’s us take a look at Hoch. Thanks “tired arm”
Bret Tomko – 6 – better than expected. Terrible his last 2 starts.
Luke Hochevar – 6 – like to see more. Riddle me this.. are we better keeping Hoch and releasing Yabuta when Bale comes back?
Hideo Nomo (DFA) – 1 – finally.
Joel Peralta – 6 – should have been here all along. hasn’t been bad
Yasuhiko Yabuta – 2 – looking like a terrible signing. I don’t want to see him in a game. Can’t keep a game close and can’t eat up innings in a mop up role. Pretty much useless. Hoping for an injury. One of the two year DL stint variety.
Leo Nunez – 8 – Looks a little tired. Been pretty good up to Friday.
Ramon Ramirez – 10 – Nails. Very impressive so far.
Ron Mahay – 7 – solid so far. No complaints
Jimmy Gobble – 6 – struggled with his control early. Need him to get on track.
Joakim Soria – 10 – Freak.

Do you actually watch the games? Again..develop your argument and get back to me. I don’t really feel like I have to defend a 4 rating. That’s not exactly a great rating.

Ok. well i wasnt criticizing you on the 4
I was criticizing you on saying his defense has been amazing.. he has dropped or misplayed atleast 3 fly balls.. 1 being the other night.. 1 being in oakland when nomo was pitching and one being in the minnesota series at the K i believe.. he has also dropped an easy liner off the bat a couple weeks ago and i cant remember who hit it.. he has fumbled balls.. and has made some errors that were easy.. 1 yesterday that was on the throw home that was high and 1 on saturday that was easy groundball.. but he has made atleast 1-2 more errors than that and a lot that havent been called errors so there is my argument “stook”

Umm..ok "focs"
He’s made 3 errors. 2 of the dropped pop ups (I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt on the one in the Minnesota series cause I don’t remember it) should have been errors. It really ticks me of they don’t score them as such. The one yesterday was Callaspo’s ball, not Pena’s. His throwing error on Sunday should have been caught by Olivio. It was high, but it should have been caught. He’s fumbled 1 ball that was scored an error and missed that line drive that was also scored an error.
He does have excellent range and arm strengh that is hard to match by any MLB SS. His D is not the problem. He can’t hit, can’t bunt, and makes too many mental mistakes on the bases.
I HIGHLY suggest you tone down your aggression “focs”. I do not have a problem with you disagreeing with me and if you see things differently that is fine. You don’t have to be an A-hole about it.

First off
The ball he dropped in the minnesota series was in the Bannister complete game which was there 3rd and last hit so there ya have it.. secondly that ball was pena’s ball he had a better angle… thirdly you must be crazy if you think Olivo should have caught that—could he have, yes , should he have probably not. he is expecting a good through because it was an easy out and he throws it way high, it was amazing to me he even go glove on the ball.
I agree he does have great range and great arm strength but all im saying is obviously he cant hit so we expect him to play D and he isnt even doing that in my opinion which is why he is worthless right now. He should be able to get his defense back on track if not, something has to be done
And i never was an asshole at all please show me where i was an asshole because i said nothing wrong, and what is this “HIGHLY SUGGEST” shit, what are you gonna do.. Go read what i said and you’ll see that no where did i say anything mean

Watch you mouth buddy.
I HIGHLY SUGGEST you settle down.
Don’t remember the dropped Bannister game ball. Again, I was giving you the benefit of the doubt on that one. Why are you talking offense to that? Second, Pena wasn’t even close to the ball. It was Callaspo’s. Third, Olivo should have caught the ball. The “throw” was high, but it was in his glove. Yes, it should have been a better throw, but it’s not crazy to think that Olivo should have caught it.
