Rany on Gordon

Rany had a good post on if we should be worried about Gordon yesterday and I wondered what all of your thoughts were. I am of the opinion (at least at the moment) that Gordon's growth has been stunted by lack of talent and veteran leadership on the roster. I'm sure there are plenty of examples disproving this theory, but it seems like Gordon could use a kick in the pants and mentoring from a respected veteran. This isn't to say Gordon will suck forever, as much as to say I think he'd be a better player if he were on a different roster (i.e. Boston, Anaheim or Chicago).
