I really think this race will come down to veteran leadership and i still think on that note the White Sox have the upper hand in that department.

It's all about veteran leadership
The Royals should trade veteran leader and uber-gritty Ross Gload back to the White Sox. They’d have the World Series in the bag then.
This is just my opinion. I could easily be wrong.
