PrintHere are the three reasons to vote Jose into the All-Star game.
1) He has a swing that alot of players don't have. You will need this swing on the field and maybe in the clubhouse.
2) He has the ability to translate for alot of players. He may get sidetracked and go on a profanity laced tyraid instead, but that is ok....it's funny and good for moral.
3) Will "try" to get to first base legging out a groundball in 12 seconds. At least the thought counts.
Those reasons alone should put Jose into the all-star game.

What about teaming up with another blog...
that has a player up for the award in the NL.
That would increase the votes.
And we need JoGui (Hoagy?) in the All-Star Game. He is bound to get in a fight with Derek Jeter, on behalf of non-Yankee fans nationwide.

So that at the All Star Game, Ryan Lefebvre can tell us all about how Josh Hamilton has turned his life around, not like those jerks Jose Guillen and Milton Bradley!

I think I would personally put $100 toward his salary if Barry sang. Especially the National Anthem. I’m guessing he’s maybe even better than Carl Lewis.

I didn’t vote for Jose. I wanted Greinke on the team.

I'm totally convinced that we have to trade for Gomes
to keep Guillen in line.
