However, I could have told you that the fast guys would be on the top of the leaderboard and the slow and fat guys would be at the back of the pack….. I don’t think that handbook shows anything of value….

A little more than that

There are a lot of slow, fat guys who aren’t in the bottom 5. To get there, you have to be slow, fat AND still trying to run. Billy got thrown out trying to stretch singles to doubles or advance on relays waaaaay too many times early in the season. I think he was just following the emphasis Trey put on running early on. We haven’t seen as many blatant overextensions from him recently.
