So far in the Chiefs season, it appears that a few things are obvious
1) We have no QB, at all. Damon Huard apparently isn't trusted to play after being dinged. So we're playing a guy who couldn't make the Vikings in 2007 at QB for most of the day. I think we had a utility player in for a play or two, because his throw didn't LOOK like a QB's throw.
2) Larry Johnson is a bigger waste of money than Jose Guillen. 22 yards? Are you kidding me? And where did he disappear to in the second half?
3) Herm Edwards and Carl Peterson need to be thrown out on their asses.
4) This team is a contender to go 0 and 16.
But don't worry KC sports fans, the Royals have won three in a row, which means that I will get a discounted meal from Planet Sub tonight the Royals are on the way up!
While the Chiefs haven't won a game since October 2007, the Royals are beginning their late December rally towards 70 wins. In fact, Shealy probably has more HRs in 7 games than Gload has had all years.
So don't worry KC fans. Sure, the Chiefs would lose to KU and MU in football games, and sure, they might eclipse the worst Royals losing streaks (11 in a row so far!). But the Royals are bringing winning sports to the Truman Sports Complex!
