I guess I shouldn't have thrown out my "Taguchi NOW" signs

Bringing you more-or-less replacement level analysis and commentary since sometime in 2008.

This is when I forlornly

unscrew the lid of my Drano bottle?

(being overly dramatic is FUN!)

WTF, self?

You must write about it.

That’s what happens when you hit the big time.

overly dramatic, yes

but “Fire Dayton Moore Sooner rather than later” isn’t over the top at this point

assuming the Glass family will be able to hire someone better

Yeah, that's the problem

Who would they hire? An innovative GM? Someone who understands analysis, utilizes all evaluative tools, can recognize market inefficiencies, and understands the value of average and replacement level production? Unfortunately, I doubt it. They’d probably get an assistant GM from another scouting-centric organization and we’d go through this bullshit all over again.

I never even noticed his name

on that chart. That is a true outlier.
