I really don't like framing arguments like that...
Although I agree with his conclusion, making a series of assumptions to create an illustration of the problem with numbers people (think they) understand isn’t really fair. I could do the same thing and make the counterpoint just as easily, despite being dead wrong.
Interesting read none the less.

although i should add
i agree with his problem with the salary cap, i think saying “And right now, baseball is anything but broke.” is really pushing it tho.
