More first basemen!

Dayton, go to Glass and make your case. I think Glass might be willing to shell out another 2/3. Git…er…done.

"I am sick and tired of [unintelligible] up with every [BLEEP]ing thing. No [BLEEP] from you guys, no [BLEEP] from you [BLEEP]ing players. And they can do any [BLEEP]ing thing they want to do. I’m sick and tired of all this bull[BLEEP]. Now…put that in your [BLEEP]ing pipe and smoke it."

my favorite part about that comparison

is that Justin set it so that no players position+def. could go lower than -22.5 since the team should be smart enough not to play the guy on defense… look at the numbers more carefully. Added up, Jacobs is below replacement level.

Bringing you more-or-less replacement level analysis and commentary since sometime in 2008.
