To be completely honest,
I’m not sure where my hatred of the Gators (and Hurricanes and Seminoles, for that matter) comes from. It’s just how I was raised. However, there are 2 Florida alums that I do not hate:

actually I didn’t graduate from Florida, but worked at the University for 4 years. I have a strong dislike for Miami U and FSU.

Yeah, I hear all the time that she's a very pleasant person.
She seems really cool, like the kind of person I’d want to drink with. She knows her stuff, isn’t boring, and doesn’t come off as a ditz despite being, you know…stunning and blonde.
Her job as a sideline reporter means she often has to ask fluffy questions – that’s the nature of the job – but I feel like she could hold her own as a color commentator for pretty much any college sport.

Nebraska fans
and children of nebraska fans, like me, hate florida teams for the years of upsets they pulled on the huskers in countless Orange Bowls.
And who flat out doesn’t hate the U. Its more formal name of course being, Thug U.

That is true
of FSU and Miami and I understand that because of the years of asswhippings they layed on the Cornvicts but the Gators have done nothing but take a 62-24 pounding to the Conhuskers. It would be like a Florida fan hating Vanderbilt because they lost to UT.

Although it hardly matters as I think I ranked it as my lowest game. So it basically comes down to how high RR or others ranked the win for either UF or the sooners.
