There’s been posts here on the Arizona Fall League, and Kings of Kauffman did a big series on all of the guys in the Instructional League if you want to check those out. Internationally, I have no idea—other than Butler a couple of years ago, it doesn’t seem that the organization makes it well known who is playing in the DR, Mexico, Venezuela, etc. Roster checking like you’re doing is probably the best yet least efficient way to do it.
