Apologies if somebody already posted this.. Why Your Stadium Sucks: Kauffman Stadium In any case, seems like he was really stretching with this one. Other installments have been funny enough (in that going-out-of-your-way-to-be-angry-at-everything way), but here all hew really has to work with is the Royals' terrible performance on said field. Thoughts? Personally, I haven't been to the new K (living in San Francisco related) but I went to approx 1 billion games from the early-80's until I moved to Austin in 2002. Oddly enough, one of the things I miss the most about the park is our old stadium announcer saying, "The designated hitter.. Hal Mack-Ray."
