Free Agents GMDM Doubtless Covets
From Fanhouse; I can't say I disagree with much if anything about this list, and yes, Johnny Damon should be on it as one commenter noted.

Depending on what Damon makes, he might actually be a good pickup for a team

Caveman Jesus Made
13M a year in the Bronx; coming off a pennant, I doubt he’s going to go anywhere else unless it’s a multi-year big money deal.
I used to be an A's fan until they left town and got good.

We will see. I could totally see him waiting out the market for big price tag and having to settle for 6-8M deal for a year.

I dunno
I think he’s probably a league-average player next season, at best.
prorating for 150 games and using CHONE for offense and your projections for defense
+8 hitting -1 fielding – 7 positional + 23 AL replacement level = 2.3 WAR player.
And he hasn’t played 150 games since 2004 (although he’s been close) and will be 36 next season, seems to always be dinged up…
I mean, he has value, and at 6M would b a bit of a bargain, but I really don’t see the point fo the Royals, who could get a like 1.5 WAR OF like Fiorentino or Hinske for $1M (at most)… is one win really worth $5M for the Royals at this point?

Yes -- I just hope for Royals to have positive WAR. Babysteps.

There's A Turkey
Joke lurking in there somewhere, but I’m too lazy to look.
