JT20 Dynasty League

I have started started a free fun dynasty league in which each person takes control of a MLB roster & minor league system, drafts, signing free agents....

If this sounds interesting to you, go check out the league message board & league rules and sign up. There is no prize for the winner for each season, it is all just for fun, so join!

I need devoted owners who can check every day.

I was browsing it, but it didn't make sense to me

I guess there is a chance for it to be fun, but how is there any chance that a Royals team would compete initially… Much like in real life.

This space for rent.

The royals are already taken

I have the Rangers available now. Even bad teams in real life do have a chance to compete in this league

parity

Seems like a salary cap is in place, plus to start every team only gets to keep players who are below 6 years of “service time”. So the Yankees would get to keep Melky and Hughes and the like, but most of their top end players would go into free agency.

The only exception is 1 franchise tag, so in the previous example the owner of the Yankees would only get to keep one of A-Rod or CC or Teixiera, and would pay a premium for that. Beyond that every team has the same salary, and there is no “luxury tax” to go over, going over is not allowed somehow.
