I wrote this about Adam Bostick in September on Blue & Orange.net. Not sure how well his stuff will translate in the Majors, but he's probably better than whatever bum LOOGY the Mets decide to give millions to. Good pick up for the Royals.

Looks good

hopefully he can contribute this season.

I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal.

Dayton's minor league moves have been pretty positive

Bostick, Arguelles, Francisco Rosario, Betemit…

And aside from his first round picks, he’s done a decent job of amassing some good arms in the minors during the draft(unfortunately, can’t say he’s done much to help offensively). He still seems to really mismanage his finances as the ML level, though, and that may be the area with the smallest margin of error to begin with.

also like Osuna

And the guy I’m most excited about outsided of Arguelles: Bryan Bullington. He’s been considered a bust as the #1 pick overall in the 2002 draft, but a team finally got smart and converted him to relief in 2009.

Bullington ended up with a K/9 greater than 10, and a K:BB ratio of more than 5:1 in 38 innings for AAA Las Vegas last year. I think this is the next Ramon Ramirez.
