Bobby Crosby
He wants to be traded according to reports...would you be interested in the Royals trading for him? JoGui for Crosby? Keeps Teabag in RF, OF defense improves. Offensively is it worth it? Just thoughts...discuss.

Can't see how it fits
He makes too much money. A Guillen swap would be interesting, but Oakland has a crowded outfield as it is, and I can’t see Beane wanting to take on that kind of contract for such a low OBA player with defensive limitations.
I think we’re pretty stocked with mediocre middle infielders. Can’t see us adding Crosby. Next year, when he’s a FA, he might make a good defender to bring into camp on a low contract.

If they agreed to a Guillen swap
would you want to try it? Teahen in RF makes our OF defense very good and it would force Willie into that SuperSub role.
Mike Jacobs you're 2009 AL MVP

Sure
Just to get rid of the salary would be a great thing.

Only take to to dump Guillen's salary
and I can’t think of any Gm in the league outside of maybe Colletti, Sabean, Amaro, or possibly Frank Wren stupid enough to do that.
