Your 2009 Craig Brazell Update

Although it somehow escaped my attention, Brazell is in Orioles camp as an NRI this spring. I learned this while lazily watching a tape delayed broadcast of a Nats-Orioles game on TV a few hours ago.

Anyway, Brazz isn't off to a great start:

Craig Brazell -- The 28-year-old first baseman, who received a non-roster invitation to spring training, replaced Aubrey Huff in today's game and finished 0-for-2 with a runner left on base. Brazell is still searching for his first hit of the spring, which isn't a good thing for someone who is trying to prove his skills to a new organization.

Oh, totally! Looks like the Orioles are starting to learn their own valuable lessons this spring too. If anything, Brazell deserves nothing less than to be released and forced to retire from the game if he gets to 0-7 or 0-8 on the Spring.

ps- Brazell is only 28? Two years ago with the Royals people were talking about him like he was 35...

I Thought GMDM

Had him stashed in Japan for the playoff run in 2012.

I used to be an A's fan until they left town and got good.

Brazell certainly found an organization

where he had a good chance to earn a job. Too bad he’s unlikely to win one with that 0hfer.

I think he should try Italy

He might be good enough to succeed there.

Hello,

I’m James Quinn. You might remember me from such famous Fan Posts as “I ‘talked’ with Craig Brazell today!” and “Craig Brazell doing fine in Japan.” As a man who considers himself a fan of Craig Brazell I believe I speak for all of us in saying thank you to Royals Review for keeping us informed about the adventures of our hero. And Craig, if you are reading old friend, know we are all pulling for you here.

I hope he gets a chance somewhere.

Yes, I'm still alive. Sorry to disappoint you.

Cust is selling insurance now?

And how did he do in his tenure with the T-Bones?

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist.

Posting a dissenting opinion is like poking you with a stick while you are sleeping. You gotta grumble and take a swipe.

And Brazell would kick Cust’s ass selling insurance! Brazell is sooooo nice! Cust drinks to much and cusses under his breath. He would totally suck as an insurance agent.

I'm sure Brazell will finally show his worth

to Allstate or maybe Prudential (if everything falls just right for him). Otherwise, he may end up in the AAAA of insurance: Nationwide.

Skanks 3rd base problem solved...

Brazell plays 3rd base and swings a mean bat…. now all he has to do is sleep with Madonna and he is home free.
