PrintThe Royals travel to Goodyear today to kick the tires on a couple of prospective starters, Kyle Davies and Horacio Ramirez. Devon Lowery is also scheduled to pitch.
Aaron Laffey gets the start for the Indians, followed by Zach Jackson, John Meloan, Jack Cassel, Tony Sipp, Juan Salas, Greg Aguino and Ryan Edell.

however
they were kind of dumping on Davies saying things like “he’s been in the minors for 8 years”, “september is famous for not mattering” etc.
but, they did say that AL Central is going to be tough. no pushovers here. “These aren’t the same Royals from a couple of years ago.”
