This game does feel eerily 2004/2005

empty stadium, crappy hitting/pitching/defense. Players (Tejeda) making comical f-ups unaided. And getting blown out.

Royals claimed Travis Metcalf a couple weeks ago. When you go to his player page it has video of two of his home runs, from his time with the Rangers. He’s a former Jayhawk!!!!

The hardest hit I've seen was Willo Mo Pena

funny listening to the pirates announcers bust a nut over their pitching staff, which is doing its best “brian bannister when he’s good impression”, IE, giving up very few hits and runs while striking nobody out and not exhibiting great control
