Royals get no love from Gammons
Maybe some of the Royals' young talent is a year away from getting noticed, because Davies is the only player mentioned by the scouts Gammons talked to in this story.

The theme of that post...
seems to be “emerging players.” The Royals only have either (a) players who have already “emerged”…to whatever extent they will ever “emerge”, (b) players who were supposed to have “emerged” last year (i.e. Gordon, Butler) or previously (i.e. Teahen, Buck), © players who are still a year or more away from emerging (i.e. Kila, Moustakas, etc.), and (d) players who will just never “emerge” because they shouldn’t be emerging from anything other than single A ball (i.e. TPJ), if that.
They do mention Davies, which is probably the only “emerging-player-column worthy” player the Royals have.

He gave us some love yesterday. Talked about us for a few minutes and liked us to win 85 games.
How I wish
Peter Gammons would make love to the Royals!

This is the same Gammon who \shocker
picked the Red Sox to win it all last night…

Banny being Banny.
Gammons is the ultimate Red Sox homer anyway
I stopped listening to him back when he had his Pedro Martinez mancrush
