It took me this long to notice the hilarious typo
“Placebo”
Yeah? From what I hear, you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a f@#%ing boat.
saw that treys suspended for this game
My stories a lot like yours only more interesting because it involves robots!
yeah both of those posts hit at the same time, and
I wondered if they were related.
Bizarre lineup even without Trey? Or is it bizarre at all?
Yeah? From what I hear, you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a f@#%ing boat.
Theirs More Than
Ours, but Mitch leading off?

Getting DDJ used to hitting in the 2-slot
Yeah? From what I hear, you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a f@#%ing boat.
Dumbest shit ive ever seen
MLB is like a little girls game now
“He spit in my eye while he was arguing” WTF? cry about it you little bitch.. im sure there was no intent by it at all and how can you even prove that? he may not of even done it like Trey said “It takes a pretty talented person to spit and yell at the same time”
Bloomquist. God? Or just an illusion? You be the judge.
Back in the day you could fight and not get thrown out..
Ever seen that clip where Brett starts beating the shit outta the third basemen when he slides into third.. he didnt even get thrown out in that game
Bloomquist. God? Or just an illusion? You be the judge.
He Deserved It

stolen from ebay comments
On Oct. 9, 1977, New York Yankees third baseman Graig Nettles fielded a throw from the outfield to tag George Brett out after an RBI triple. Brett slid into third and crashed directly into Nettles. Moments later the two were throwing punches and both teams leaped out of their dugouts and stormed the field. During the mayhem, Ron Guidry caught Brett by the neck and just as he was about to throw the punch someone tapped him on the back. Teammate Thurman Munson said, “Ron, don’t hit him. I want to hit him.”
Yeah? From what I hear, you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a f@#%ing boat.
yep.
I saw the game not just the clip.
Yeah? From what I hear, you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a f@#%ing boat.
Baseball has changed for the worse in that regard..
just pathetic.. Hillman suspended due to inadvertent spit
Bloomquist. God? Or just an illusion? You be the judge.
The facts don't add up...
Hillman’s got the thickest goatee in Major League Baseball…no way accidental spittle makes it outta that flavor saver.
by Royal Revival on May 27, 2009 2:06 PM EDT up reply actions
he was "trying to keep bloomquist from getting ejected so Olivo wouldn't have to play the infield."
I’d suspend him for that. We needed Miggy at 2B. Would’ve been fantastic.
would it be THe Jesus or of Jesus
My stories a lot like yours only more interesting because it involves robots!
Of or From or Pertaining To
but phonetically it’s more funny to say The Jesus
Yeah? From what I hear, you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a f@#%ing boat.
spit reportedly came out of his mouth
“I wonder if the spit even existed? That was my first thought…. the ump wouldn’t give the angle that the spit came from or anything. I understand he was probably trying to protect his story.” – John Bale
hillman got suspended for the other day
you’ve got to be fucking kidding me.

why not put dejesus at leadoff, callaspo 2nd and MITCH 8th? Either way, this lineup is a no-hitter waiting to happen. If coco happens to go on the DL, who would get called up? does lubanski get a shot?
I hereby resign from this post.

no chance we get no-hit.
porcello sucks. and I picked DET in my streak for the cash. they can’t win.
Hillman suspension....
I’m a Yankee fan, but wanted to stop by to say the suspension of Hillman is a total joke. He’s a standup guy and respectful of everyone. The ejection was nonsense and the suspension even worse…..That ump was just embarrassed for tossing him too quickly so he trumped up the “spitting” incident. He should be ashamed of himself.
when does the game start? i thought it was now

Updated:
The Royals have drawn 7 walks in their last 6 games, including their one walk today. That’s very bad.
For the year,
it’s definitely better. Just more confirmation that this stretch hasn’t been good and there seems to be some regression going on.
by billexgordler on May 27, 2009 3:23 PM EDT up reply actions
to be fair
Each walk by Mike Jacobs or Jose Guillen should count for two

Really it's not catastrophic that Davies is inconsistent...
Big-picture-wise, as long as one of Banny and Davies are pitching well, all the Rs need is for Meche to be himself, which is a solid #2 and Hochevar to be 3/4 and this rotation is good enough to contend.
yeah, but it's not hte 'inconsistency" that bothers me
it’s that )for Davies) it’s still all averaging out to a pretty bad pitcher. Hopefully Banny can keep it up, but I can see him entering th 5 FIP zone pretty soon, too… That’s pessimistic, true, but the team really does need Hochevar to be pretty close to average.
This assumes that Meche’s problems aren’t health-related, of course.
