Cleveland goes ahead 6-3 with 4 runs in the seventh...
The gives up 7 in the bottom of the inning to drop to 10-17.
The Indians are are looking a lot like the Major Leauge II team.

Wise move
To blow all your bullpen budget on one oft-injured guy who only comes in the 9th inning.

I meant to respond to you in my post Mr. Maturity
You had a cute comment about my username and how anyone with profanity in their username “has major credibility with me”. Well, I would like to tell you to relax Ghandi. Im sure you re a proud father (or more like it grandfather with your extreme maturity) as am I but Im just an excited royals fan like you. Maybe instead of worrying about my username we could open some chat that is worth a damn (OOOPS Dang my humblest apologies). Look, you dont have to like my username. I frankly dont care. What I do care about is exactly what you care about: ROYALS!. So if you can put your well-mannered, wise heart to the side a second I would imagine you have a lot to offer. God Bless!

He may have been serious
I know it doesn’t happen often on this blog, but there have been some alleged sightings of seriousness. All of the witnesses, though, have mysteriously disappeared. Especially Joel.

You are overreacting, 2legittoshit
RoyalsRetro was making a very small joke about your username. It was little, light hearted and not mean spirited.

WOW Remember prior to the season
when we debating who’s bullpen was better
I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal.

shhh....don't wake them while they're asleep
but yes, their bullpen is bad. It’s like they have a group of Farnsworth clones trotting out every game: Perez, Betancourt, Chulk, etc. ugh.

Oh god
I thought it was going to be the Chip Ambres game, but this one was almost as bad. I was at this game and took a client, a wonderful young Australian fellow who, after the first inning, said, “well, looks like this is going to be a blowout” (or whatever australian for blowout is) and I said, oh no, just wait, they’ve got plenty of time to come back.
This one was bad, but the Chip Ambres game was the absolute nadir for this franchise. That was rock bottom.
One other thing to point out, though- this just goes to show how thin the line can be between good and bad teams. Cleveland was according to most the most talented team on paper in the division. Now, it’s apparent that their pitching sucks and their offense is questionable. Could very easily be us.
I hereby resign from this post.

I was at that game, too.
Another monk and I got to go out for a celebration and we took a monastery prospect who ended up joining some other monastery. I blame Jorge de la Rosa and Aaron Boone for losing us that future monk.
The game was brutal, though. I remember getting that huge lead early and not feeling at all comfortable about it. That’s an awful feeling. I also kinda felt bad that we pounded Paul Byrd—I always liked that guy—and still ended up losing. We didn’t stay for the extras because we had to drive two hours back to the monastery and be at prayer at 6:00am. It seems that almost every game I go to ends up in extra innings (saw Teahen’s inside-the-park HR last year to tie it against the Twins—Hot Dog Derby T-shirt night!—and expected to lose it, too. Though it was awesome to see in inside-the-park HR. . . even if it was really a single with a 3-base error. Delmon Young is pretty stupid: Up 2 in the bottom of the ninth, 1 man on, deep fly to left and you risk not catching it on a dive rather than letting it bounce and conceding a run.) The Cleveland game did help me understand how Red Sox fans feel about Aaron Boone, though.

Insightful......
The Indians play= the lack of grammar of that post. On a serious note, I was at the K last night and it was phenom. It was my first visit and I was blown away. I think its safe to say HoRam needs to be in the pen. Im so proud of this team so far. If you think about it ,for the first time in a while, when someone is slumping another royal picks them up. To me thats a sign of a team thats got a great chance to win the Central. Is Cleveland a disappointment? Absolutely. But perhaps you all should understand the Royals are 3-3 vs Cleveland. That’s nothing to be excited about to me. Also, we play them many more times this year. I suggest we be excited about the royals instead of dogging cleveland because its a long season and you never know what can happen. Dogging Cleveland absolutely suggests that all of you are used to losing and therefore have a loser’s mentality. Pump up the Royals instead of dogging competitors. Lastly, hooked on phonics still exists. Seriously.

Its all good brotha.....
Just Joking around. But I do mean what i said. Who are we to dog a Cleveland team thats won a hell of alot more than the Royals in past years? Be excited about our future, not antagonizing a struggling club. We all know how that shit feels. Lets Fucking Go Davies!
