Anyone else watching ESPN?: it's good to see the Cleveland bullpen back at its finest

14-12 game in the 9th? Wow.

Also, in a related note…….the Cleveland staff is destroying me tonight in ESPN’s Baseball Challenge game. My overall lead in the KC Royals 2009 group is shrinking rapidly.

Why did I trust you Pavano? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?

Inspired by the Berrora jersey..

I would like to point out this website…

http://straightcashhomey.net/

dedicated purely to random jerseys that should never be worn, there was a Lima jersey in there not long ago, and J.J. Birden actually sent in a photo himself of his daughter wearing a jersey, I guess it was a tribute because his was one of the first jerseys posted.

Also it makes me really mad I didn’t get a picture of the guy I saw wearing a Latrell Sprewell Knicks jersey in Germany.

whoa did you see the guy wearing the Orlando Magic Nick Anderson Jersey

is wearing a Royals cap?

way too whoa.

Yeah? From what I hear, you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a f@#%ing boat.

One of my favorite games at the ballpark

Is to find the most obscure ballplayer jersey someone is wearing. The best at the Royals game I have found is Aaron Guiel. The best non-Royals jersey I’ve found is Tom Pagnozzi.

I once made a bet with a friend from St. Louis that if the Royals took the series from the Cards, he had to get a custom made Sidney Ponson jersey (who was pitching for the Cards at the time). Unfortunately, they tied!

Here's an actual game worn Ponson Cardinals jersey

That I bought on eBay. My cat decided he liked it.

Not as odd as the Berroa jersey

but on the same exact night of Game 7 Stanley Cup, I saw some in a Markakis jersey. In New Orleans.

Hockey must do weird things to people.

Funny comment on LL

“Also, you’re treading on thin ice, Jeff. Royals fans are not to be trifled with. Just ask Dave.”

Snicker.

even more encouraging about Kila

from the BP article:

Others have noted Ka’aihue’s intelligence and attention to detail. He keeps his own thick notebook with all the matchups he’s had against the pitchers that he’s faced throughout his career.

maybe this is more common than i would have thought, but do you think Jacobs and Butler have this kind of attention to detail? and why isn’t Kila on the ML team yet?
