Horacio Ramirez did once beat the Royals when he was not pitching for them.
At this point last year, Jose Guillen was beginning to get very angry. He would go on to OBP .300. Can he do it again?

Guillen would have to
be pretty bad from here on out. Assuming 500 PAs,
Guillen’s stats so far: 57/152 = .375 OBP
Rest of year to get to .300 OBP: 93/348 = .267 OBP
Total: 150/500 = .300 OBP
While I don’t expect what he’s doing to continue, I doubt it gets that bad. The guy actually hit a homer tonight, apparently going against the will of the team to get shut out every night.
Don't count him out yet!
Last season, he had OBPs around that bad or worse 3 months out of the season: .220 in April, .203 in July, and .275 in August.
