Meche's problem was less about pitch count and
more about Miguel Olivo deciding that throwing a fastball down the middle to Albert Fuckin Pujols was a good idea.
Someone do a Michael Larsen and figure out the pattern of pitches that Olivo calls

Example: I olivo (I fail)
Miguel Olivo has 10 home runs this year! 10!!!
