You know it makes sense. We clear the 1B/DH logjam, which lets the power bat of Mike Jacobs play 1B, Guillen to DH and Failcoeur to RF.
Everybody wins!.
another option would be getting rid of DDJ, too, so GUillen and Francoeur can be awesome corner OF bookends

Not sure I’d give up Teahen for him, but I think he’d be a decent gamble for the right cost.

His Minor league numbers are not that great. Decent, but not all that inspiring.

Seems like he'd be a decent platoon player
But not much more than a lefty masher. Probably a decent 4th OF option. Pretty limited upside with him.

A turd in hand is worth two in the pants.
But also, if you have a turd in your hand, pretty much everyone is going to know it. I would have to think that most of our players have never been less valuable as a trading commod…..commadi……chip. It hurts to give up on once bright prospects in order to fill out our minor league system with grade C prospects.
If you don't understand it, kill it.
