Game 89 Overflow Thread

This game is slogging along like a wake. And not one of those happy wakes either.

Bottom line, let's get TPJ's batting average under .100, have Soria pitch the eighth inning down 10-0, and get out of town.

Zero

what is Jacobs batting average in June and July combined?

Don’t look it up – it’s .180

by GobbleforCyoung on Jul 12, 2009 3:53 PM EDT up reply actions

who got 2 hits and a homer yesterday?

and Brayan Pena is better as a RHB than as a LHB

Enough is Enough - Fire Trey Hillman

by BHWick on Jul 12, 2009 3:54 PM EDT up reply actions

he didn't get two hits AND a HR

he got two hits, including a HR

and Pena got a fucking hit yesterday, you want to vouch for him?? You were supporting Jacobs in the beginning of June and saying he was better than Dejesus. After batting .180 for a month and half after you still can’t admit that everyone on the planet knows but you, moore and Hillman. That this team woudl be better if he was DFA

Absolutely fucking pathetic.

I can’t think of a Royals team that infuriated me more. Horrible on everything that is fundamentally important to building a good ballclub. Last year’s team had an excellent bullpen, and it really makes you wonder how Dayton Moore could ruin that in just under one year.
