Any Updates On Gordon?

I was just wondering if anyone had any updates on Gordon's possible return date. I figure that they will wait until after the All-Star Break, but if anyone has heard any different please let us know.

Also, what roster and line-up moves will the Royals make once he returns? I figure that Mitch will most likely come out of the starting lineup, DDJ will move to center and TeaBag will move to LF. But will they send MM down or someone else? Like to hear your thoughts, that is, if everyone hasn't stopped caring at this point.

I would hope

Mark would move to RF. Move Guillen to DH, he said himself he isn’t healthy so if he has to be in the lineup put him there. It really doesn’t matter at this point..DO NOT bring Gordo back unless he is 100% healthy. Have another teams medical staff exam him before he goes back into the lineup.

Well he is in Omaha tonight

And heading to San Antonio tomorrow to join up with the Naturals for some reason. The fact they have moved him on from Arizona must mean he is progressing nicely and there have been no hitches.

But there really is no rush. Its not like we need him for a pennant push. The ASG game is 11 days away, which would be right around the end of his allowable 20 day stint in the minors. It all fits for him to be activated during the break.
