I was listening to this game

The announcers were talking about how smooth he looked. They said he looked like he was throwing effortless. This is a good thing. Not to mention career highs. Good pick, good signing, off to a good start in his career.

major stud

and he just turned 19 like a month ago.

lamb, dwyer, montgomery, and duffy give us a nice group of LHP ’spects. also like Sisk as a reliever. and ROWDY is still around of course.

but....

Ivor Hodgson had 12 Ks and 1 walk with 7 hits allowed (admittedly, not as smooth a start) in 5 2/3 IP for IF the other night. Lamb looks promising, but I’m not sold yet.

I missed that. Hogdson has been around a little longer than Lamb.

+1 year. But let’s hope this is the type of pitcher we now have coming through the pipeline.
