what's a bigger WTF decision
Podsednik as the leadoff DH, or Bloomquist/Brayan batting 1-2
Graduate with a B.S. from the Dayton Moore School of Stats Analysis
Hmmmm....
Bloomquist batting #1 is worse than Podsednik, but Brayan hitting high up vs. LHP isn’t the end of the world.
Callaspo should be hitting 1 or 2 against LHP fasho every time

I very rarely
get that upset over batting order and lineups, but…. this lineup kind of makes me sick. Just keep thinking: it’s good against LHP, it’s good against LHP, it’s good against LHP.

so, would a place that used to be a car lot work as a drive-up/take-out place? (there’s actually two places where you can drive up and order from your car and eat it there on the street that I saw the “for lease” car lot on)

Question:
Why was Bannister in the game to face AJ? He was over 100 and laboring.

have to admit
Mike Jacobs is the best pure power guy we’ve had in KC lately. It’s just that he’s not a good contact guy.

that is a good comparison
especially when it comes to hitting a curve ball.

He's a human windmill
but when he makes contact its something to see.
oh great.. colon..
"Does this furniture polish have alcohol in it?" ... "mmm, tastes like i might die."
He COULD bring in Jamey Wright
its not like there are a slew of great options.
I was just thinking that it would be better to bring in Gordon
just so Hilldawg wouldn’t have to do a 5 man switch

I'm waiting for Mad Max
to appear and bump off Ozzie and AJ in the apocalyptic finish.

and NOT give up a leadoff walk?

giving Mike Jacobs a 94mph fastball down the middle is a bad idea

what does john bale bring to the table other than a 86mph fastball?
and an offspeed pitch nobody will swing at?

well, what's his name just struck out swinging at it...
Kotsay.

fall behind 2-0, 87mph down the middle
my grandma could hit that garbage

which brings the question: Why is Bale even on this team?
(I know, I know. He’s a filler. It’s part of the process)

i love this team
dramatic 2 out pinch hit 3 run homerun, followed by walking the leadoff man and completely ineptitude

at least Trey got Colon out of the ballgame.
That was a surprise…. his LOOGY sux though.

loogys aren't part of the process
thats why we got rid of gobble after a good loogy year and are letting bale face beckham

And Colon gets the loss
which shows that pitcher losses sometimes make some sense.
While Bale deserved the L too, I’d rather he be awarded the DFA.
