I thought it couldn't get any worse than Zack's Thursday lineup, but I was wrong
- Callaspo at 3rd so that puts Hernandez and Yuneifi at the middle infield slots
- And there’s that magical Anderson-Maier-Spork outfield, with Spork batting leadoff
- No Brayan yet again. Is he hurt? He played that one game as a defensive sub last week and that was it
And here I was worried we wouldn’t give Mike Jacobs enough of a chance to come around and start hitting singles to left again.

In perpetuity, RF when Hoagy DH’s. The die is cast. BPJ obviously needs more time on the bench before he’s ready to start. At least we have 2 legitimate MLB hitters in the lineup. Small victories.

Easy: if you believe (like me) that the NFL doesn’t start until January, all you need is an interest in historically bad baseball lineups, and you’re good.
