Referring to McGwire's teary eyed admission, this is part of a response that Canseco has put out to McGwire after McGwire insisted that none of what Canseco said about him was true.
I couldn't help but laugh when I saw him say this on SportsCenter.

Yeah, Cansenco obviously made that stuff up to make money
as opposed to Mark McGwire, who only used steroids in order to “stay healthy” and hit home runs for, um, charity.
