Top 20 Consistently Sexy Ladies
I don’t get the Beyonce love. She’s okay I suppose, but she is wildly overrated.
I don’t know anyone that thinks Lindsay Lohan is remotely attractive.
Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears are also way overrated.
The list should also include the likes of January Jones. And I see random hot actresses in backup roles that are way hotter than some of these stars. It always makes me wonder why some seemingly mediocre looking, terrible acting girls get to be stars, while much hotter, better acting counterparts are stuck in backup roles.

Scarlett has been hot since I saw her in Ghost World in 2001
She seemed like the highly attainable attractive girl next door type, then she went full blown sexy woman. Somehow Ryan “2 Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place” Reynolds ended up with her.
Anyways, it’s a decade list based on their average ranks, so Britney, Christina, Jessica, Lindsay, etc were all going to end up on it.
You wanna talk overrated hotness, take a close look at Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas. Airbrushed she’s ok, but without makeup, or bad makeup you can really see some nasty stuff going on in the face. At least she wasn’t on this list.

Lohan was pretty hawt 4-5 years ago.
And it seems to me that its pretty 4-5 years ago heavy. Im not arguing about January Jones, but she made a run here in the last 3 years, wasn’t much of a player until recently.

i met january jones in person a few months ago
actually, the only non-sports celebrity i can recall seeing up close. she didn’t look as i’d imagined her.she was much taller (and the heels made it worse) and thinner than i had in my head, but i guess that’s what they say about the camera adding 10 lbs.

The “ugly personality” thing is a cliche, but it’s true in her case. Her character in Knocked Up doesn’t seem like a stretch for her, Indeed, neither of the leads were all that likable in that movie. How the hell did it become a hit?

That Marisa Miller was left off that list

Also, Angelina Jolie is repulsive.

The actress I am currently carrying a torch for?
Emma Stone, from such cinematic masterpieces as Superbad, The Rocker, and Zombieland. I thought she was passably cute at first, but she has grown on me exponentially. This seems to be my MO for the girls I fall the hardest for: see them a couple times, think “hey, not bad,” and then subsequent doses lead to addiction. This formula also applies to the first crush I ever had (6th grade to, well… if we’re going to be perfectly honest, present) and my current girlfriend of a year and a half.

For what it's worth
Of the pictures included in that top-20 review the one which did the best job of treading the line between sexy and beautiful for its subject was that of Charlize Theron. Not that there was much point to that comment, just felt that someone needed to speak up for Charlize Theron.
