Jim, Who is better cuban prospect Chapman or Arguelles. Seems like what I am reading on Arguelles is that he has more pitches and a better feel and has a better chance to remain a starter. Is this true?

The consensus is Chapman because his arm strength is so much greater. But Arguelles might have more polish and be the better bet in the long run. I'd still go with Chapman, though.
