No…that was Ugueth Urbina. He was sentenced to 14 years for attempted murder in 2007: http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/17831424/

Burgos, who was also convicted of beating his girlfriend, still stands accused of running over two women and killing them with his Hummer, and then fleeing the scene. At least to the best I can tell, can’t look up court records in the Dominican.
