When is it time, to make some changes?

So the Royals are once again well under .500 and everyone is ready for football again, lol.
I will say this though, the Royals have actually been in a lot of these games, and like last season, seemed to have the makings of good pitching staff. Everyone wondered about the offense, and sure maybe the Royals don't have that clutch, late inning hitter, but they have battled. I guess I thought, like GMDM, Trey and the rest of the Royals brass that the pitching would take the logical step forward, and improve...progress. Regress...yep.
Is it time for a trade? Can GMDM actually go out and try to improve the team...or are we stuck with this process. Stuck with this uninspired team for another 140 games. I can't express enough how upset I will be if GMDM doesn't try to do something to get this team moving in the right direction. The offense at times is good, but when it counts....when it matters it just flails about and swings at the first pitch. How can the team justify it....another losing year.
Can someone please wake these people up?
     Make some deals already.
