I'm telling you
if you are a lawyer looking for work, bone up on Connecticut employment law and move to Bristol, CT. The Worldwide Leader’s HR Department has apparently not changed its policies and procedures since the network got started.

$15K seems like a paltry amount
I’d have thought they’d just pay that & be done w/ it (especially given her 20 odd years of service)
BOOM! ROASTED!
I'm not agreeing with ESPN in any way.
But, how does someone get $15,000 for pooping in a trashcan.

but I don’t understand the lady’s story.
She couldn’t make it to the restroom, but could run down the hall to a conference room, lock the door, de-pants, and balance over a trashcan in time?
I’m sure ESPN has wireless internet, she should’ve set up shop in the ladies room.

If you suffer from IBS or sometimes even GERD, there are moments where you instantly have to go. I don’t know the building layout, but it can be difficult to make it even 20 feet from where you are standing. Perhaps, the conference room was right where she was.
I wonder if going in your pants might not be a better option, though.

That's okay
My favorite was:
Even worse, ESPN Germany has been airing the footage.
