KC Walks Their Way to a Wonderful Win
Nice win there. Dice-K helped us out with 8 walks, but the 2nd base umpire cost us a run and Bannister a few pitches.

Patient hitters, good starting and relief pitching and some great and some decent defense. Can anyone remember Billy making that good compared to the one he made in the ninth?
The sweep is still on. Man, I just hate Boston.

I'm not a big fan
of all the positive things you have listed at the end. Personally, I think there was absolutely nothing good to take away from this game and I’ll be reporting you to Will to let him know you have broken away from the RR Official Negativity Mantra.

We have a one-year option on DDJ for next year, and that’s it?

Royals Record Update
in Banny, Davies and Hoch starts: 16-13
in Meche, Greinke starts: 4-15
She said "are you stupid or just apathetic?"
I said "I don't know and I don't care"
that is crazy
if ANYONE would have told you before the year that those 3 would have that record, I’d have taken it all day long. god we need to get zack some support…

First caller on 610 credits Kendall
for the pitching staff…Um anyone notice the decrease in our best pitchers game
Checkout Royals minor league notes at www.14for77.blogspot.com
But look what he teaches our hitters
He just gritted his way to an 0 for 4 night, including a lazy popup with bases loaded, two out.
The lesson he taught was to not show up opposing pitchers. Dice-K was obviously struggling, so Kendall helped him cool down by telling those pesky KC baserunners to fuck off.
Only player in the lineup not to see double digit pitches

I was in Vegas
last week and I had a plan on how to bet at the sports book. My plan was to bet on every non-Greinke game. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to the sports book (first visit to Vegas, so couldn’t do half the things I wanted). But if I had…. I would have walked out with golden Nikes.

We didn't play exceptionally well
but we won. Our bullpen looked very good and Banny gave us 6 plus. So, we should be happy, right????
How did they play badly?
Didn’t have many hits but 8 walks makes up for that and no errors while one of BoSox runs were due to a umpire in the way. I don’t understand what they did wrong they didn’t play great but for this team great really isn’t much of an option. Pitched well played good defense and ran the bases well, the ballpark might have tagged them on a couple extra base hits to center if Bob Davis was tellin the truth (I didn’t watch)

I shouldn't have said badly but still I don't get the exceptionally well comment

I'm getting too positive with this team but if they could tread water and stay around 8 games
under thru the Minnesota series then they might have a shot at climbin towards .500 prior to the All Star game.
Now that I’ve said that KC will drop a cool 6+ in a row

you can split that with as many guys as you want, to
I split it with 4 other guys. We all watch games at the same time signed in on the same account. Nothing happens.
That's a good idea don't know why I hadn't thought of that

Anyone else incredibly happy
When Yuni is out of the lineup? Every AB seems more productive.
I once had hope...now I have Moore.
as royals fans
we have to celebrate the small successes. Yuni on the bench is a success
~~~Damn, I wish i had a clever signature
Dammit, I shoulda known that this game would be replayed in Japan
of course I just happened to turn it on during the pitching change in the fifth… Oh well, looks like there will still be more fun in this game.
Kansas City Royals: your 2006 and 2007 NL Central champions!
should of had a lot more runs
with 8 walks in the 1st 5 inning, there should have been more runs on the board. luckily we held on
