3.55 ERA, .744 OPS against in May
Not too shabby. They did have an absurdly low .271 BABIP so who knows if its sustainable. Sure makes Ned Yost look brilliant though doesn’t it?

I'm far from convinced
but I will say that I don’t dread the 7th and 8th innings like I used to.
This IS a guy
who has spent his entire career playing for the Royals…based on his personal experience he’s not exactly the best judge of what a good pitching staff looks like.
